- During the "Too Early" and "Early" registration periods, there will be a €15 transaction fee per registration, co-author, listener, or additional paper.

- During the regular "Registration" period, there will be a €20 transaction fee per registration, co-author, listener, or additional paper.

For example, an in-person participant who registers for the conference will pay €480 + €15 (transaction fee) during the "Early" registration period, and €580 + €20 (transaction fee) during the regular "Registration" period.

• If a paper has more than one author, one registration will be enough to make presentations. The other authors can register as a co-author if they want. Registration of all authors is not compulsory. However, only registered participants can receive the Certificate of Attendance.
• Papers that are accepted but not presented at the conference will not be included in any publication opportunities.
• The certificates are only issued to the participants who present their research at the conference. Participants presenting in person will receive printed certificates. Participants presenting online will receive online certificates only.
• The participants who present their research can only use publication opportunities.
• Cancellation of registration received before 05 January 2026 will be refunded less an administrative fee of 75 EUR. After that time no refund of registration fee will be paid.

• Online access to conference proceeding books (with an ISBN number). The book will be published in the following link: www.soberproceedings.com
• Online access to all conference sessions.
• Registration fee payment receipts (Invoice).
• An Official Certificate of Participation.
• A participation of research methods seminar in the partner academic organization. This information will be shared later.
• For in person attendance, the participants will receive a conference bag that includes notebook, pen and promotional stuff.
• For in-person attendance, coffee breaks, and lunch.
